The Partners

VSP Interiors was founded in November 2000 by partners Henriette von Stockhausen and Jane Petti. While working as colleagues in project management and design for some of the world’s wealthiest names and celebrities, a shared passion for colour and texture, design and detail, led to the creation of VSP Interiors.

Henriette von Stockhausen studied at City & Guild of London Art Schools, Sotheby’s and the prestigious Inchbald School of Design. Her childhood and early years were spent in Germany, Italy, Austria and Switzerland and these European cultures have widened her knowledge and appreciation of international architecture and the arts. With a spell in stage and theatre design she will bring a sense of drama to any space! She now lives in Dorset with her young family, dogs and horses.

Jane Petti joined David Hicks Design in 1987. From here she moved with her colleague, Stephen Ryan to set up his eponymous interior company. During the next four years she helped him establish his business while refining her project management skills and undertaking most of the day to day running of the projects. Subsequent posts in the City have prepared Jane for the most demanding projects. Jane lives in London with husband and children.

Mascha Sautter joined VSP Interiors as a designer in 2004 to accommodate the greater number of clients. Mascha lives with her husband and young family and divides her time between Notting Hill and Windsor. She has a particular passion for minimalist interiors and this complements VSP’s more classical style, adding a modern edge.

Jess Cheffey joined VSP Interiors in December 2010 to help Jane, Henriette and Mascha with an ever-increasing workload by dealing with the administration and ordering aspects of the projects. She mostly works from her home in Dorset where she lives with her husband and two young children.
